Christopher L. Perez, 36, of Toledo passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015 at Mercy-St. Vincent Medical Center. He was born in Toledo on November 12, 1978 to Jesse and Rita (Borders) Perez, Sr. and worked as a cook for various restaurants including Freeway Restaurant. He was a huge football fan and loved the NY Giants.
He is survived by his parents; wife, Dawn Perez; children, Alex, Donovan, Adrianna, Dustin and Alejandro; siblings, Manuel (Bobbie Jo), Rita, Crystal, Dino and Kelly; aunts and uncles, Kurt, Roy, Goldie, Archie, Keith, Karen, Sharon, Wanda, Romelia, Janet, Loncio, Thaimi, Cookie and Nancy. Chris was preceded in death by his brother, Jesse Perez, Jr.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Friday, February 27, 2015 from 2-3 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made directly to his parents.
