Chelsea Samantha Older

Chelsea Samantha Older, age 38, of Toledo, OH, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022. She was born in Oregon, OH on July 31, 1984. Chelsea was a graduate of Lake High School and was active in the choir. She sang the national anthem at her high school graduation and was selected to represent Ohio as she toured Europe with the Ambassadors of Music choir program. Chelsea was a very intelligent, compassionate, and loving person who would do anything for anyone in need. She was studying to be a surgical technician and loved learning about all things medical, especially new medical technology. She was an advocate for preventing disasters such as oil spills and nuclear emergencies. Chelsea will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Chelsea leaves behind her mother, Elizabeth; her father, Tim; her fiancé, Richie; her two step-sisters, Faith, and Lindsay; her aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many loving extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Allen and Marjorie Older; and her step-brother, Jeremy.

A private memorial service will be held at a later time. Arrangements entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, OH. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
