Catherine Marie Murphy

Catherine Marie Murphy, age 52, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. She was born on October 12, 1958 in Toledo to Rose Withrow and Bob Sickles. Catherine enjoyed spending time with her family and was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed.

Catherine is survived by her life long companion, Denny Legeza; children, James (Angie) Murphy and Ashley Murphy; mother and step-father, Rose and Ronald Zimmer; grandchildren, Chelsey, Emily, Troy, Hailey, Leia, Katie and Collin and her sisters, Chris (Greg) Dietz and Constance Sickles. She was preceded in death by her father, Bob.

Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
