Toledo, Ohio

Carolyn LaRue Hall, age 81, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Riverview Nursing Home in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Carolyn was born to Roy and Virginia (Knisely) Bomyea in Toledo, Ohio on May 22, 1939. She was a graduate of Waite High School.  She was a longtime bookkeeper for the Wolf Creek Hunting Lodge and a member of the ladies ministry at Harvest Tabernacle Church of God.  Carolyn was an avid poker, bingo and bunco player.  While she enjoyed sports, especially football, her favorite passion was hockey.  Carolyn also enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and friends.

Carolyn is survived by her children, Tammy Hall, Thomas (Carolyn) Hall, Marty Hall and Caroline (Clyde) McAdams; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Roy (Susan) Bomyea; sister, Constance (Keith) Rettig; nieces and nephews and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Hall, parents and a daughter-in-law, Karen Hall.

Friends may visit at Freck Funeral Chapel in Oregon on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm.  Funeral services will be held at the Harvest Tabernacle Church of God, 430 E. Florence Ave, Northwood on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 11:00am with visitation beginning at 10:00am.  Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions are appreciated to Harvest Tabernacle.
