Carmen is survived by her loving family; life partner, Donna Eulett; siblings, Frank (Crystal) Garcia Jr., Norma (Doug) Eager, Amelia (Brian) Huffman and Martin (Cindy) Garcia; children: Jannette (Andre Savage) Garcia, Joshua Garcia and Jannelle (Courtney Collier) Garcia; granddaughter, Carmetta Collier as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
