Brian K. Lewis, aged 46, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012. He worked at Dunn-Chevy-Olds as an auto mechanic. Brian is survived by his son, Nathanial (Virginia) Lewis; mother, Beverly Lewis; siblings, Judy, Robert (Kim) and William (Genna) Lewis. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, wife Teresa, who waits for him in Heaven.
Per Brian’s wishes, there will be no services. Brian’s family would like to thank all of his friends for their kindness and prayers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Arrangements are being handled by Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, Ohio.
