Billie J "Joyce" (Duncan) Sodd

Billie J. Sodd “Joyce”, 72, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on January 7, 2015 at Bay Park Hospital.  Joyce was born on July 22, 1942 in Lake City, Tennessee to Samuel and Sarah (Lively) Duncan.  She was married to Robert and together, raised two wonderful daughters.  Joyce was a longtime member of Harvest Apostolic Temple where she served as their bookkeeper.

Surviving Joyce are her husband, Robert; daughters, Lisa Swesey and Lori Sodd; grandchildren, Erin, Todd, Angel and Staci; great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Ionna; siblings, Jimmy, Elijah, Hazel, Dixie and Carolyn.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Lucy, Ethel and Maxine.

Friends and family may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd., Oregon, OH on Monday, January 12, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon.  Services will follow at Noon.  Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Harvest Apostolic Temple.
