Beverly Ann Traver, 74, of Curtice, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at the Genoa Care Center. She was born in Curtice, Ohio on March 8, 1939, to Herben and Hazel (Krumnow) Sievert. She worked as a secretary for 25 years with St. Regis Paper Co. and most recently for Petrol for 15 years. Beverly was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Williston, Ohio, the Genoa Eastern Stars and the Millbury Fire Department Fireets.
She will be dearly missed by her son, Dean Traver; siblings, Kenneth (Pat) Sievert, Carol (Edmund “Butch”) Bates; many nieces and nephews and special friends Carol Miller and her family. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd., Oregon on Sunday, December 15, 2013, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow at Allen Township Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. John Lutheran Church or the Millbury Fire Department.
