Betty Lou Miller

Betty Lou Miller, age 92, of Toledo, OH, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, October 4, 2024 at home. She was born December 23, 1931 in Richwood, OH to Gertrude and Noah Oberdier. Betty Lou loved to paint, cook and was a published author of poetry. She was employed with Monarch Printing Company for 23 years. Betty Lou’s greatest joy was her loving family.

Betty Lou is survived by her children, Sandra and Joseph; her sister, Eileen. She was also a beloved grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, step-mother, honorary mother and honorary grandmother to many and she will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gertrude and Noah; her siblings Dude, June, Ralph, Herk, Dotty, Randy and Bob O; her husbands, Steve Boyd, Edward Gilbert, Joe Swoboda, and Jim Miller; and her beloved children, Steve, Edward, and Susan.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel , 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with the funeral service held at 12:00 p.m. Betty Lou will be laid to rest at North Oregon Cemetery, Oregon, OH.
