Berdena E. Szymanski, 75, of Toledo passed away in her home Wednesday, August 29, 2012. She was born in Toledo on November 3, 1936 to Stanley and Nina (Marlet) Lindsay and was married to Thomas I. Szymanski. Berdena worked for Lutheran Old Folks Home, Mercy Hospital and Harborside Health Care as an LPN and in her spare time enjoyed reading and doing puzzles.
She is survived by her daughter, Tina Szymanski; sons, Daniel and Michael (Barbara) Szymanski; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren and brother, Neil Lindsay. Berdena was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
