Barabara A. Tressler, 65, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Orchard Villa in Oregon. She was born in Toledo on May 6, 1949 to Clifford and Katherine (Hornung) Tressler and had worked as a Housekeeper for 10 years with Northgate Apartments retiring in 2009. In her spare time she enjoyed tending to her houseplants and shooting pool.
Barbara is survived by her life partner, Nancy Johns; son, Ronald Curtis; daughter, Dawn (Raymond) Self; 6 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; Nancy’s children; Kimberly, Trudie, Michael and Larry Harris; Nancy’s 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat and Debbie and brothers, Michael, Bob, Ray and Jack. She was preceded in death by her parents and 5 brothers.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 after 12 p.m. with the funeral service to begin at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made directly to the family.
