Barbara Sue (Riggs) Fry

Barbara Sue (Riggs) Fry, 72, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away October 8, 2020.  She was born in LaFollette, Tennessee to Howard Wesley and Wilma Faye (Smith) Riggs.  She graduated from Wynn High School and was the valedictorian of her class.  Barbara married the love of her life, Kenneth Ernest Fry and together they spent many wonderful years.  She enjoyed her shopping trips and playing euchre with her sister but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Barbara is survived by her children, Kimberly (James) Schwed, Cindy (Jen) Taylor, and Kenneth Aaron (AliSha) Fry; grandchildren, Michelle (Jordan, Sr.) Smith, Wesley Fry, and Kristin Taylor; great-grandchildren, Jordan Jr., Mary, and Molly Smith and her sister, Brenda (Charles) Baird and many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth Ernest Fry; her parents, Howard Wesley and Wilma Faye Riggs; her brother, Howard “Smokey” Riggs; her sister, Jackie Elaine Fry; and her grandson, James Bryant Schwed.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at Athens Missionary Baptist Church; 101 Breckman Street, Walbridge, OH on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
