Aquileo F. Navarro

Aquileo F. Navarro, 82, of Toledo, Ohio passed away at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center on July 12, 2024. He was born in San Antonio, Texas to Aquileo Sr. and Manuela (Flores) Navarro on October 14, 1941. He would go on in life to become a father to five children.

Aquileo was a factory worker. He enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, and was an avid pool player. He was a family man and was known for being a kind and generous person. Aquileo was a member of Latinos United and his induction at 80 years of age into the Home Boys was a favorite memory of his.

Left to cherish Aquileo’s memory are his children, Anna Maria, Esmeralda (Larry), Jose, Mary (Eric), Aquileo III (Kristina); grandchildren, Sarah, Larry Jr., Eric Jr., Shameeka, Ashley, Camille, Mateo, Tyien, Sinsemia, Valencia, Aquileo IV, Kendrick, Erika, Daniel, Jose Jr., and Jayden; great-grandchildren, Lolita, Cameran, SuRyah, Bentley, Dazjanae and Jobari; and siblings, Tony Navarro, Dolores Lopez.  He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Alex Stewart; sister, Delfina Marquez; brother, Raymond Navarro; step-brothers, Albert, Danny, Cornelio, and Jesse Sanchez; and step-sister, Antonia Campos.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
