Anthony “Turtle” Tuttle
Anthony M. Tuttle, 23, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Oak Grove Care Center. He was born on November 9, 1991 in Toledo, Ohio. Turtle worked at McDonald’s on Broadway St. as a night shift manager in training. He enjoyed hanging with his family and friends and enjoying life. He will be dearly missed by many people.
Anthony is survived by his mother, Kathy Tuttle; step-father, Andrew Chappell; brother, Paul Chappell; grandparents, Paul and Dorothy Bartlett; aunt, Carol Tuttle; uncle, Charles Tuttle Jr. along with many cousins and close friends. He was preceded in death by his best friend, Nick Linke.
