Anthony G. “Rocket” Joseph, 64, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 , after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Monroe, Michigan on January 24, 1951 to Rosie and Emil Joseph.
Tony enjoyed playing cards and watching sports in his spare time. An avid Detroit sports fan, Tony always enjoyed watching the Tigers and Lions. He was an excellent golfer and bowler, and a member of the Toledo Bowling Association's Hall of Fame.
Tony is survived by his wife, Dawn Joseph; daughters, Jennifer (Jason) LaBelle and Kim (Phil) Yingling; grandchildren, Jacob and Alanna; sister, Jackie; niece, Jayme and nephews Shane and Dustin. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel (419) 693-9304. A Celebration of Tony’s Life for family and friends will be held at the VFW Post #4906 on Consaul Street in Toledo on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
