Andy J. Vargyas, Jr., 56, of Rossford, Ohio passed away peacefully on, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Perrysburg Center. He was born on May 17, 1959 in Toledo to Andy Sr. and June Vargyas. Andy worked for Globe Industries and Reiter before retiring. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandchildren. In his spare time, Andy enjoyed bowling, playing cards and going to concerts. He will be dearly missed.
Andy is survived by his children: Amy (Derek) Schumm, Andy (Rachel) Vargyas III, Brad Vargyas and Mackenzie Bailey; his father, Andy Vargyas, Sr.; grandchildren: Christopher, Annabelle, Spencer, Lincoln and Dylan; sisters, Pam (Bob) Williams, Sue (Greg) Stoll, Jan Hicks and Terry (Todd) Cochran; brother, Mike (Dawn) Vargyas and brother-in-law, Ron Forbes. He was preceded in death by his mom and sister, Marsha Forbes.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Sunday, January 10, 2016 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
