AMANDA K. (SUTTON) HOOD
Amanda K. Hood, 34, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014 at The Toledo Hospital. She was born in Toledo on October 5, 1979 to Melvin and Kathy (Potridge) Sutton and attended Waite High School. She was a hairstylist with Fiesta where she worked for 8 years and was a member of Northwood Baptist Church. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family especially her children and husband.
Amanda is survived by her loving husband, Roger; children, Elizabeth and David; father, Mel (Phyllis) Sutton; mother, Kathy (John) Moore; brother, Jamie Teet; stepbrother, Matt Flores; grandmothers, Josie Myers and Mary Potridge. She was preceded in death by her brother, David Teet and grandfathers, Clinton Myers and Roy Potridge.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon from Noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014 where a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made directly to the family.
