Beautiful baby girl, Alexandria Renae Ballez was born on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo to Elijah and Caroline M. (Grant) Ballez and passed away after a few brief hours of life.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Emely Ballez; grandparents, Maria Shope (James Ort), Lester Shope and Virginia and Nicholas Jimenez; and special aunts and uncles, Patience and Joel Shope, John and Kate Jimenez, Michelle and Troy Simpkins, Isidro Jimenez (Dana), Shelly Reau, Mario and Irene Jimenez and Jessica Ballez along with many dear cousins. Alexandria was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, George and Mary Ovalle and Joe and Dora Ramos.
A Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Church of God, 1331 E. Broadway, Toledo, Ohio 43605. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Church of God. Arrangements were entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, Ohio.
