Albert Larson, 64, of Toledo, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo on March 22, 1950 to Carl and Hazel (O’Dell) Larson and was a 1968 graduate of Waite High School. For over 30 years, Albert worked as a linesman for Jeep and was an OSU Buckeye and Detroit Red Wing fan. Albert enjoyed life and loved his family dearly.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen; children, Michael (Kara) Larson, Amy (Tim) Elkins and Jennifer (Kenny) Tuttle; stepchildren, Sherry (Ric) Heyman, Don (Michelle) Huss and Douglas (Jodie) Huss; seventeen grandchildren; one great-grandson; and siblings, James (Karen) Larson, Robert (Luanne) Larson and Ruth Anna Furfaro along with many dear nieces and nephews. Albert was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Arthur, Carl and Oliver.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Friday, March 13, 2015 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
